The red wine Château Tour de Mirambeau »Cuvée Passion«, vintage 2005 from the winery Château Tour de Mirambeau has been rated in 2006 with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Blaye and Bourg in France.
Deep dark ruby garnet, almost black core, violet reflections, ripe nose of raisins and chocolate, some pickled plums. Floral note on the palate, appears light-footed, fine nougat touch, well-integrated tannins, will soon be drinkable, but has a good backbone, finesse-rich style, very gastronomic wine.
