Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.09.2020: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Othmar Kiem, Ulrich Sautter, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle edge brightening. Inviting cassis, full-bodied and sweet on the nose, pleasant blackberry confit, a hint of candied orange zest, some nougat. Elegant, firm, vivid tannin structure, pronounced in fruit core, sticks well, mineral aftertaste, already well developed, a juicy food companion.
