Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Ripe black cherry and plum fruit, fine herbal savouriness, a touch of nougat. Complex, dark berry confit, firm and well-integrated tannins, it has a fresh acid structure, chocolaty nuances on the finish, mineral, persistent, it is a compact food wine with ageing potential.
