Violet pastille, menthol, black olive. Very soft on the palate, large amounts of very fine tannin are almost completely absorbed by the lush soft part. Mild acidity, round flow and some power. Needs a very strong piece of meat as a sparring partner - and may even work with marinades or chilli based dips.
