Tasting Notes

Tasting from 19.02.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Medium-strong red. Initially restrained on the nose, slightly reductive, with aeration red berries, cassis and a clear woody note. A berry start on the palate, then the wood takes over, medium-bodied, striking acidity, youthful tannins. Quite a long, somewhat sharp-bitter finish. Not yet a completely harmonious wine with ageing potential.
