Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Intense nose of Williams pear, apricot, some mango with hints of dried herbs and brioche. Juicy, supple on the nose with youthful acidity and fine mousse, salty and animating on the palate, very pithy. Hearty and fresh aftertaste. The friend of the sommelier.
