Bright greenish yellow. Multi-layered aroma of ripe yellow fruit, peach, apricot and banana, and the finest fresh apple tart, with aeration exotic notes and garrigue honey. Harmoniously inviting palate, very fine mousse, creamily ingratiating with noticeable minerality and refreshing acidity. It is exciting to the end with good length and a salty finish.
