Tasting Notes
Intense, rich ruby red with persistent mousse. Opens on the nose with nuances of candied raspberries and blackberries, juicy cherry, delicate hints of plum. Balanced and clear on the palate with excellently integrated mousse, fine effervescence, shows fruity and harmonious on the palate right through to the balanced finish.
