Clear, brightening cherry pink with a fine head. Fresh citrus fruit on the nose, crunchy wild strawberry, juicy cherry, with a fine scent of sea salt, wet rose petals on the finish, very inviting. Juicy and clear on the palate, with enormous freshness and well-integrated mousse, taut acidity, balanced, juicy citrus tones on the finish, one glass follows the next.
