Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a subtle ochre rim brightening. Fine notes of precious wood, black berries and cherries, as well as subtle liquorice and mandarin zest make for a delicately spiced bouquet. The palate is juicy, powerful and elegant, with ripe, firm tannins building very good length. It's certainly persistent, with great development potential. An elegant version of the powerful Pavie style.
