Tasting from 21.02.2019: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Cool, savoury-fruity bouquet with notes of ripe wild berries and liquorice. There is a slight suggestion of smoky bacon, spicy notes and floral hints. Elegant structure on the palate, noticeable, polished tannins, lots of texture and a long, ethereal, savoury finish.
