Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Rather restrained nose, black berry confit, fresh cherries, pleasant herbal spice, nougat. Elegant texture, fine tannins, round and sweet, pleasant acid structure, fine acidity, a versatile food companion with ageing potential.
