Light, clear amber. Notes of wild berries on the nose, plus creamy notes and herbal notes, sage, with air also spicy, clove-like notes. Complex and precise. Juicy on the palate with notes of pear and spices. Plucky but fine grip, ripe, well-integrated acidity. Lingers long and juicy with mineral and fruity notes. Remains salty.
