Tasting from 05.12.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense, fragrant sour cherry fruit, with light berries, subtle spice, some bitter almond, opens up quickly. Rather slender on the palate with again concise fruit and dark spice, subtle melting, ends harmoniously with fine tannins and sour cherry notes, has a lot of tension. Lingers for a long time.
