Tasting Notes
Medium yellow, silver reflections. Ripe gooseberry fruit underlaid with fine hints of stone fruit and grapefruit, a mineral touch over white tropical fruit. Juicy, elegant texture, delicate hints of blossom honey, a touch of wood savouriness, nice acidity, persistent, yellow tropical fruit notes in the finish, fruity aftertaste.
