Lot 2017 0528, clearly iodized on the nose, oyster shell, grated apple, slight yeasty influence. A fresh but fine mousse on the palate, cultivated acidity meets subtle dosage, the finish is juicy and pithy with good mineral tones and medium to medium-high length.
