Medium greenish yellow, lively mousse, fresh perlage. Fine spicy, toasted nuances on the nose, powerful bouquet, some flint, smoked oysters. Very freshly structured on the palate, fine citrus notes, fine mineral hints, very fine and full of flavor. Has real class.
