Brilliant silver with straw yellow highlights. On the nose cold butter, stone fruit and acacia flowers. Juicy on the palate, with effervescent mousse, strongly perceptible acidity and delicate honey notes, appears golden and somewhat unbalanced in the aftertaste.
More about the tastingStraw yellow with green reflections. On the nose it shows notes of apple, pear and mint, on the palate it is soft and of good fullness. It finishes with fresh and slightly acidic notes.
