Pale, bright pink colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, there are notes of small red fruits, wild strawberry and raspberry, followed by hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate it is dry, crisp and rich, with a slightly savoury and mineral finish and a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
