Brilliant silver-grey colour with olive-green reflections, persistent mousse. Inviting aroma of Williams pears, a hint of apricot, with a meadow flower aftertaste. Good structure on the palate, fine-grained mousse and slightly salty drive, with a lingering finish again on apricots, somewhat tiring.
