Clear, bright straw yellow, persistent mousse. Shows notes of apple, peach and walnuts. Appealing fresh fruit palate, shows good tension.

Intense, bright straw yellow. Open nose of quince, Golden Delicious apple and ripe nectarine. Fine, elegant mousse fills the palate, even explosive, dances delicately on the tongue with shy fruit, beautiful harmony, finishes fine and clear.
