Bright silver-grey with persistent, finesse-rich mousse. The nose is fragrant with fresh pear and apple notes, as well as white peach and a hint of light honey. Reveals itself on the palate with great fruit expression and finely integrated mousse, balanced and radiant, lingers long on the finish.
