Straw yellow with a silver shimmer, an intense, fine mousse. Elegant on the nose, lemon zest, green apple and lemon balm. Balanced and juicy on the palate, an energetic salinity, harmonious, elegant, a subtly salty finish, a highly elegant Cartizze.
