Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby red. On the nose very rich with ripe berry fruit, plus lots of savouriness, blackberry, fine oak, cranberry, leather. On the palate of medium structure, opens shyly, then shows ripe berry fruit, but also grippy tannin, remains slightly drying over the finish.
