Tasting from 09.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Lemon yellow colour with a silver sheen. On the nose there are notes of orange blossom and lemon peel, with savoury hints of Mediterranean scrubland lingering. The palate displays a creamy texture and a pleasant saltiness which unfortunately becomes a little bitter on the finish.
