Clear silver with medium mousse. Fragrant nose of fresh pears and white peach, with an aftertaste of lemon juice and delicate iodine. Lively and well-balanced on the palate, showing lovely tension and a fruity finish.
More about the tastingMedium shimmering straw yellow. Opens on notes of fresh green apple, Williams pear, also some white peach, a hint of acacia honey. Crisp on the palate, with a deep mousse, wiry in structure, rich in fruit at the back, finishes slightly savoury on grapefruit.
