Very fresh fruit: blackberry, some plum, apple blossom and candy sugar. Medium-bodied on the palate with notes of soy sauce and cocoa, very fine, polished tannins and ripe acidity. A very harmonious, self-contained wine. Finishes long on notes of elderberry and spice.
