Reminiscent of overseas at first, that's how exuberant it comes across. Its wild spiciness pushes the boundaries. An aromatic chameleon: multi-faceted, concentrated and robust on the palate. If you like it more harmonious, give the wine a few more years or serve it with a cassoulet.
