Medium intensity, bright lemon yellow. Inviting aromas of acacia and chamomile blossom, then a hint of red peach and subtle yeasty notes. Initially hits the palate with a lot of tension, lots of mousse and crisp acidity that runs precisely through the palate, and leads into a powerful finish with subtle herbal notes.
