Dark ruby, purple reflections, discreet brightening at the rim. Underlaid with a hint of nougat, ripe sweet cherry, delicate blackberry and liquorice, subtle fine oak spice in the background. Juicy, good complexity, ripe plum, fine tannins, chocolatey notes on the finish, already well developed, has persistence and maturity and definite ageing potential.
