Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate aromas of fresh gooseberries and ripe guavas, with a hint of candied grapefruit and meadow herbs. Medium complexity, white apple, fine extracted sweetness at the core, well-integrated, ripe acidity, an elegant food companion, lingers well.
