Pale, onion skin with fine mousse. Aromas on the nose of freshly squeezed grapefruit, orange blossom, delicate pink peach, sea salt and graphite. Very juicy and fresh on the palate, salty, grapefruit, with light-footed mouthfeel and very harmonious throughout.
