Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow in colour, with a persistent and fine-grained mousse. On the nose candied fruit and yeasty notes to the fore, whilst in the background lies orange zest and some hazelnut. On the palate it's dry, with well integrated mousse creating the sensation of being fresh and juicy. Plenty of citrus on the long finish.
