Intense straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Fragrant and expressive nose, with fine citrus zest and a hint of tropical fruit, with an aftertaste of Golden Delicious apple and cold smoke. Very youthful on the palate and with a perky mousse, shows beautiful juiciness, yet with a certain complexity, provides light-footed drinking pleasure.
