Tasting from 26.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Concentrated fruit aromas on the nose, especially preserved red berries and sour cherry. Also some cocoa and fine spicy notes. Smooth on the palate, beautiful acidity, milk chocolate and wild berries on the medium-long finish. Polished tannins.
