Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate reduction nuances, fine smoky touch, fresh lime zest, mineral touch, floral nuances, some mint and saffron, very clear varietal character. Juicy, fine white stone fruit notes, delicate hints of pineapple, fresh acidity, subtle residual sugar, stays well on the palate, lively and persistent, salty touch, great summer wine.
