Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkard

Bright greenish yellow. Delicate aromas of vervain and camomile, with air contact, a little smoke, and blossom honey. Fine, sparkling mousse with a mineral touch. Juicy and animating on the palate with tasty, tart lime notes. The tension remains on the finish with a lot of pressure.
