Light animalistic notes at the start, dark berry aromas with air, fresh smoke, then some liquorice and herbal savouriness of bay leaf and sage. Full of character and finesse on the palate, with a freshness giving acid nerve, the finest tannins and hearty, spicy piquancy. Unconventional, impetuous tomboy with an elegant, fruity drinking flow.
