Tasting from 30.09.2022: Gerhild Burkard

Bright golden yellow. Exciting bouquet of toasted bread, dried apple, juniper and fresh walnut shell, with air a delicate hint of smoke. Grippy on the palate, grippy mousse, tangy acidity, rich in extract, taut finish. Very good length with dark mineral tones and lingering ripe pear fruit and yeasty savouriness. For lovers of something special.
