Tasting from 26.05.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright pink with a flint core. On the nose, initially raspberries, a hint of sealing wax and finally yellow flowers. Very juicy on the palate with pronounced berry fruits, delicate drive and creamy on the mid palate. Unfortunately the finish is a little bitter.
