Pale pink colour, bright. On the nose, a sweet, fresh, inviting bouquet with intense and rich fruit aromas. The palate is also fruity and pleasantly mineral with notes of peach, wild strawberry and citrus fruit. The finish is characterised by good acidity and a salty structure.
