Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a delicately brightening rim. Very fragrant on the nose, lots of fresh raspberry and blood orange, plus fresh red flowers. On the palate it is accessible, fruit-driven, shows some immature tannin in the back, but has a lot of traction and impresses with its floral notes, then unfortunately a bit bitter on the finish.
