Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with a subtly brightening rim. Light dusty tones on the nose, then tomato paste, cherry and some caper leaf. On the palate, grippy, rich tannins, high acidity, appears somewhat unbalanced overall and still needs some time.
