Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow with persistent mousse. The nose has fine nuances of citrus zest, a touch of cold smoke, clear floral tones on the aftertaste, subtle notes of muscatel. The palate is nice and crisp, a light-hearted mousse accompanies the drink, appears very well-balanced and compact with a delicate course.
