The sparkling wine Asti DOCG Millesimato Dolce, vintage 2017 from the winery Cuvage has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Moscato from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich bright greenish yellow with silver reflections. Opens on the nose with aromas of red-cheeked apples, baked cider pear and some melon, alongside fresh herbs and rose petals. On the palate it has a finely beaded mousse, freshness and intensity. An individual style with a full but harmonious finish.
