Intense, brilliant golden yellow with a fine mousse. Fragrant and floral on the nose, of yellow blossom, juicy Golden Delicious and lime, plus brioche and shortbread. Lively mousse on the palate, bone dry, yet pleasantly juicy right into the lingering finish.
