Bright, radiant golden yellow colour. Intense on the nose, immediately ripe apple, black bread crust, brioche, toasted toast and honey. Fine, mouth-filling mousse on the palate, very dry, slightly creamy, again dominated by yeast notes and caramel; with a fine, salty finish.
