Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A very complex, spicy Pinot fruit unfolds on the nose, tree resin, dark berries, also really grape notes. Also tones from the cold ageing period. The palate reveals a wine that combines breadth and richness with straightforward, juicy elegance. Slightly salty motifs underline the freshness before a round creaminess leads into the finish. Intense minerality.
