Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, lively, persistent mousse. Delicate herbal savouriness, preserved cherry, candied orange zest, fine nutty notes, inviting bouquet. Full-bodied on the palate, yellow plum fruit, some rind, fine acidity, pleasant red forest berry fruit, mineral, dark nuances, shows length and freshness, a complex food companion.
