Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Delicate yellow tropical fruit, fresh plum, some grapefruit and orange zest, fine blossom honey. Full-bodied, fine white peach, fresh acidity, mineral, pleasant apple note on the finish, salty and lemony on the finish, remains very persistent. Lime also on the aftertaste, a firm food companion, already easy to drink, certain ageing potential.
